Write to igorfsz@icloud.com. Replies in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

When you write, include the app version (Settings → about, at the end of the list) and your iPhone model. Do not send client data — it is not needed to help you, and it should not leave your device.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app work without internet?

Always. Everything is worked out on your iPhone — the list, the reports, the reminders. There is no Dialbook server, so there is nothing that can go down.

What if I switch iPhones?

Since there is no cloud, you move with a backup: in Settings, export the encrypted backup, keep the file wherever you like, and restore it on the new phone. Without the file and the password, nobody opens that backup — not even us.

I lost my iPhone and had no backup. Can it be recovered?

No. The data lives only on the device, encrypted with a key that never leaves it. That is the other side of having no server: nobody holds a copy — not even us. It is why the app reminds you to export a backup.

I forgot the backup password.

The file does not open without it, and we cannot recover it. The password derives the file's encryption key; without it, the contents are noise.

What happens if I stop paying for Pro?

Nothing is deleted or hidden. You keep seeing and editing every client, calling, sending WhatsApp messages, exporting and restoring backups. What stops is creating clients above the free limit and using the Pro features.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Through Apple, who does the billing: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The “Manage subscription” button inside the app goes straight to that screen.

Does the app read my calls and conversations?

No, and it could not: Dialbook does not ask for access to call history, SMS or conversations. It opens the dialler or WhatsApp and waits for you to say what happened when you come back.

I found a bug, or want to suggest something.

Write and tell me what you expected and what happened. For a display problem a screenshot helps — as long as it does not show real client data.
