The client notebook for people who sell by phone and WhatsApp

Organised, in your pocket, and yours alone: your data stays encrypted on your iPhone. No account, no server, no trackers.

How privacy works Support

Day to day

Less screen, more calling

Start the day knowing what to do

The Today screen shows what is overdue, what is due today, who never answered and whose birthday it is. No endless list: just today's work.

Log a call in seconds, not minutes

Tap Call and the app opens the phone. When you come back, it asks what happened: talked, no answer, or discard. Two taps and it is logged, with the next step scheduled.

WhatsApp, SMS and email the same way

The right app opens and the attempt is recorded. Opening WhatsApp never counts as a conversation — you decide that.

Never forget a follow-up

Shortcuts that make sense: in 1 hour, today at end of day, tomorrow, next Monday. Notifications with Complete and Snooze on the lock screen, and the reminder can fire up to 1 day before.

Your deals, the way you sell

A pipeline with your own stages, an amount per deal, an expected close date and a warning when a deal stops moving.

Reports that answer questions

How many conversations you had, how many follow-ups you kept on time, why you lost. All worked out on the device.

Privacy

Everything stays on your iPhone

No account. No server. No sync. The database is encrypted with a key kept in the iOS Keychain that never leaves the device, and the app folder is excluded from automatic iCloud backup.

Nothing leaves Dialbook unless you tap share. The App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”, and that is verifiable: the app has no network address to send anything to.

There is an honest consequence: if you lose your iPhone without an exported backup, the data goes with it. Dialbook exports an encrypted backup with your own password — and reminds you to do it.

Works without internet

Plane, lift, building site, middle of nowhere. The app needs no network for anything — not even the reminders, which the iPhone itself schedules.

Six languages

English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, with dates, currencies and phone numbers in each one's format.

Plans

Free, and what Pro adds

The free plan covers 25 clients, forever. Dialbook Pro removes the limit and adds message templates, full reports, a service catalogue, multiple currencies and alternate app icons.

Your data is never held hostage: over the limit, or with an expired subscription, you keep seeing, editing, calling and exporting everything — you just cannot create new clients. The price is shown in the App Store, in your country and currency.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What if I switch iPhones?

Since there is no cloud, you move with a backup: export the encrypted backup, keep the file wherever you like, and restore it on the new phone. Without the file and the password, nobody opens that backup — not even us.

Does the app read my calls and conversations?

No, and it could not: Dialbook does not ask for access to call history, SMS or conversations. It opens the dialler or WhatsApp and waits for you to say what happened when you come back.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Through Apple, who does the billing: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
